Privacy Policy
MediaKo Talent is the public-facing brand of MediaKo, LLC (“MediaKo,” “we,” “us”), a U.S.-based business. This policy explains what information we collect through mediako.net and our inquiry and application forms, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Client inquiries
When you request a quote, you submit information through a Tally form, such as your name, company, work email, project or campaign name, service type, budget range, target delivery date, and project details.
Talent applications
When you apply as talent, you submit information through a Tally form, such as your name and contact details, location, languages, playing age, gender presentation, portfolio and social links, UGC and voice capabilities, services offered, rate guidance, and your confirmation of the application terms.
If you email us at voice@mediako.net, we keep the message and your contact details so we can respond.
Website visits
This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics scripts, or tracking pixels. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and requested pages to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
How we use information
- To review inquiries and respond with next steps, quotes, and project coordination.
- To evaluate talent applications and, where appropriate, match talent to client projects.
- To communicate with you about your inquiry or application.
- To keep our services secure and to meet legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
- Service providers. We use Tally (form collection), Airtable (record keeping and notifications), our email provider, and Cloudflare (website hosting). They process information on our behalf and under their own privacy terms.
- Clients and talent. To fulfill a project, we may share relevant talent profile details (for example name, portfolio, and sample links) with a prospective client, and relevant project details with talent. We share only what is needed for that project.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or security.
International transfers
MediaKo is based in the United States and works with talent and clients in other countries, including South Korea. Information you submit may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate.
Retention
We keep inquiry and application records for as long as needed for the purposes above, including future project opportunities, unless you ask us to delete them or the law requires otherwise.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, to remove your talent application from our database, or to stop contacting you. Email voice@mediako.net and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live (for example California, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or South Korea), you may have additional legal rights, and we will honor them as required.
Security
We use reputable providers and limit access to submissions to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adult professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Third-party sites
Our forms and some links lead to services we do not control, including Tally. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy and will change the effective date above when we do.
